Apartment 1 The Executive (26m² / 290ft²) and Apartment 2 The Loft (28m² / 301ft²) are stylish studio apartments which can sleep up to 4 with 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed. If you require a travel cot and high chair in any of our apartments this can be put in your apartment for you on your arrival.

Apartment 3 our Family/Group apartment is (56m² / 603ft²) with 1 enclosed bedroom which has a king size bed. There is also an alcove/2nd sleeping area with 2 bunks which can sleep up to 4 additional people.

Apartment 4 The Express Ensuite studio (16.5m² / 178ft²) sleeps 1 or 2.

Designed with chicness in mind, Apartment 1: The Executive combines style and comfort. With 26 square metres (290 square feet) of floor area, this ultra-modern apartment has a spacious feel. Modelled on the style of New York lofts, Apartment 2: The Loft offers a contemporary, split-level layout with 28 square metres (301 square feet) of floor area. Featuring a European king size bed as well as a comfortable sofa bed, The Loft can sleep 4 people (we advise 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults). Apartment 2 has a snug, relaxing living area with Smart TV and the apartment benefits from a dedicated, super-fast WiFi system.

The apartment benefits from a fully kitted-out kitchenette as well as a lovely, compact dining area. The open-plan style apartment has a cosy and elegant shower room, finished off with luxurious fittings. In the bedroom are there is a dressing table complete with hairdryer so you can effortlessly prepare before hitting the close-by city centre. Our largest apartment, Apartment 3: Open Plan Loft is a splendid, contemporary loft space with exclusive and secluded areas for sleeping, relaxing and entertaining. At 56 square metres (603 square feet) this apartment is a step apart from a typical hotel room. With a street-facing window in the sumptuous lounge, the apartment also benefits from electronically-controlled roof windows to the rear. The lounge area features a large corner sofa, congenial furnishings, a smart TV and your apartment’s own, dedicated WiFi network.

Separate to the lounge area Apartment 3 benefits from a beautiful, modern-yet-retro, steam punk-themed kitchen so passionate cooks can fully indulge themselves even while on holiday.

Apartment 3 also includes a welcoming dining area which can seat 6. The entire living and entertaining space makes for a truly special stay in Edinburgh.

For sleeping the apartment includes a private bedroom with a European king sized bed and a bunk area, perfect for sleeping up to 4 children (or other adults, depending on your requirements). Although not street facing both the bedroom and bunk area include stylish, electronically operated roof windows.

Finally the apartment has a very cosy, accessible bathroom complete with luxury bath and shower fittings.

Express Studio

Our smallest apartment, Apartment 4: Express Studio is a compact yet sophisticated, contemporary living area for those well-earned short-break experiences. With a leather-effect IKEA corner sofa bed complete with 7cm memory-foam mattress pad, the space incorporates a comfortable sitting area during the day and evening, whilst quickly and easily becoming a snug sleeping den during the night. Apartment 4 is great for lone travellers looking for a clean and comfortable place to sleep while on their trip to Edinburgh or couples visiting the city.

However, we must point out this room, although it does have a large and bright, electric-operated roof window, does not have a window to the street. We’ve made the space pleasant, warm and cheerful so you can relax in peace after a hard day’s sightseeing.

With a Subcold fridge, smart TV, personal WiFi system, tea-making facilities, desk/table and IKEA Friheten corner sofa bed, you’re sure to feel comfortable and rested no matter how hectic your schedule is.

Complete with luxury shower room fittings, including a powerful rain shower, you will be as comfortable as can be in this snug little living space.
